What a night. In April, leaders from across Canada’s manufacturing sector came together to celebrate the people and companies shaping the future of industry. It was an incredible moment as HyLife was honoured to receive the Manitoba Industry Impact Award from Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters.

Presented by one of Canada’s most established and influential industry organizations, this recognition highlights HyLife’s role in strengthening Manitoba’s manufacturing and agricultural economy while contributing to Canada’s global export success.

With more than 150 years of history, CME represents thousands of manufacturers across the country and plays a key role in advocating for policies, innovation, and growth within Canada’s manufacturing sector. Being recognized by a national organization of this scale underscores the impact HyLife continues to make both within Manitoba and beyond.

“As one of Manitoba’s largest agri-food manufacturers, HyLife supports thousands of jobs through integrated pork production, processing, and logistics. Producing premium pork for global markets, including Japan, the company strengthens Manitoba’s export footprint. From feed production to finished product shipping, HyLife anchors a resilient local supply chain while offering training and career progression for its workforce.” shared Marlene Keys, Director of Protein Manitoba.
