Rick Normandeau is a Project Manager in our Projects Department. He has been working at HyLife since 1990. It will be 29 years in August!
“I started in the welding shop manufacturing all the stalls, crates and everything that went into the barns,” said Rick about his work experience at HyLife.
“I also managed our Triple V Sow Barn for a few years working with Claude Vielfaure. After that, I came back to the welding shop which I felt more suited for. In 2001, I started working in the areas of purchasing, shipping, and receiving. I have now been in my current role for the last 10 years or so. I mostly deal with renovation projects and equipment work,” added Rick.
We also asked him what he has enjoyed the most about his long time at HyLife. “Meeting and working with good people – I’ve enjoyed that.”
