Thanks a Million- HyLife Driver Reaches Safety Milestone
At HyLife, we not only value the commitment and hard work of our employees but also prioritize corporate social responsibility (CSR). We consistently invest in training programs, technology upgrades, and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our drivers and the communities they serve.
Our HyLife Million Mile Club, launched in 2016, recognizes employees for reaching 1,000,000 miles of accident-free driving. In the trucking industry, this is a significant milestone.
For driver Marc Perrin, safety is second nature when he is on the road. The father and grandfather has more than 20 years of driving experience, and the last 12 spent here with HyLife.
“Driving truck was not part of my original plan. I wanted to farm, but when that didn’t happen, I got into trucking and kept driving and driving, “said Perrin.
Those miles have added up. Perrin was recently awarded HyLife’s prestigious Million Mile Club status. There are currently 14 HyLife drivers who have reached this award.
“When they told me, I was surprised. I think it is really cool. HyLife is really good for celebrating stuff like this. It is one of the reasons I have stayed so long. For me, I just want to do my job safely. I am not one for the attention, but this is nice.”
As HyLife’s thanks for the dedication to safety, an appreciation event with our CEO, Karan Sangfai, leadership, coworkers, and Perrin’s family was held, complete with cake, speeches, gifts, and an official 1,000,000 Mile Club truck decal.
