Celebrating Our Team: HyLife’s We Care BBQs Stretch Across Operations
At HyLife, we believe in more than just producing top-quality premium pork; we believe in our people. To show appreciation for our hardworking team and to live up to the “We Care Culture,” HyLife hosted a series of We Care BBQs across our operations. These events were a way to connect, relax, and celebrate the incredible efforts of our employees.
The BBQs featured a special meal curated by HyLife’s corporate chef, JP Charpentier. Employees indulged in delicious HyLife pork burgers, crispy bacon, and all the classic sides you could imagine. To top off the meal, we rented a mini doughnut truck, adding a sweet surprise to the festivities that delighted everyone.
We also organized various games and activities in many locations where employees enjoyed friendly competitions and won exciting prizes.
Our President and CEO, Karan Sangha, shared a heartfelt message and provided a company update, keeping everyone informed and connected.
Karan expressed his gratitude, saying, “This We Care BBQ is a small way of expressing our gratitude for all the BIG effort and energy you bring to HyLife. Many of you have expressed a desire to connect more and fully embrace our Work Hard/Play Hard values. This is the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy each other’s company outside of work.”
