HyLife Welcomes Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand
Welcoming international leaders is always a proud moment — and HyLife was honoured to host His Excellency Mr. Darm Boontham, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Canada, at its pork processing facility in Neepawa, Manitoba.
This special visit brought together representatives from the Royal Thai Embassy, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Vancouver, and Thai Trade Centers in Vancouver and Toronto for a closer look at HyLife’s fully integrated premium pork operations and the people behind its global food business.
During the visit, the diplomatic delegation met with HyLife leadership, received an overview of the company and toured the Neepawa processing plant. They also took part in discussions focused on international trade, premium pork, and opportunities to strengthen connections between Canada and global markets. To top off the visit, an elevated meal experience was provided by HyLife Corporate Chef Dustin Peltier and the culinary team, featuring HyLife Premium Pork.
As a Manitoba-based company with deep rural roots, HyLife has grown from a local farming operation into a fully integrated premium pork producer connecting farms, feed mills, transportation, processing, and global distribution. Today, HyLife products are enjoyed in markets around the world, supported by a team committed to food quality, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships.
The Neepawa plant served as an important stop for the delegation, offering a firsthand look at the scale, care, and standards behind HyLife’s premium pork production. From the plant tour to the meal prepared by the culinary team, this visit showcased both the technical strength of the company’s operations and the quality of the products it brings to customers around the world.
The visit also created an opportunity for both sides to discuss ways to promote and expand opportunities for HyLife products, with particular focus on premium chilled pork and global market development.
