HyLife hogs are carefully selected, bred, and raised to maximize specific healthy traits - this readies us with maximum potential to deliver pork that is always superior in flavour, colour, texture, fat quality, and taste.

We’re able to provide specific nutrition programs for our pigs because we produce our own feed. HyLife operates four high-capacity feed mills that use the highest quality grains, herbs, and ingredients to ensure our products are consistently the best they can be.

The majority of our hog production operations are located close to home. Southern Manitoba (where HyLife began in 1994) hosts many of our barns, three feed mills, transportation fleet hub, and corporate head office.
Our flagship pork plant in Neepawa, MB has been designed to meet robust and stringent specifications for global customers. Hog production operations also span into Eastern Saskatchewan, as do genetics and R&D programs in Québec.

The HyLife Shanghai office handles almost all of HyLife’s pork products exported to China. With 16 dedicated staff, HyLife Shanghai has successfully established strategic relationships with major processors and wholesalers in more than 15 provinces.
Our superior product qualities are sought after in value-added markets, allowing us to meet China’s growing demand for high-quality, safe food.

Japan
HyLife Pork Asia, headquarted in Tokyo, Japan, is a symbol of HyLife’s commitment to the Japanese market. The HyLife Pork Asia office and HyLife Pork Table restaurant and brand shop are both located in the affluent Daikanyama neighbourhood - a perfect location to showcase HyLife’s premium pork products.
In addition to being a full-scale restaurant, HyLife Pork Table provides cooking workshops for consumers and retailers. These demonstrations have established that HyLife is dedicated to producing pork products that are second to none.
By having a presence in Japan, HyLife is able to work closely with customers to provide products equal in quality to domestic Japanese pork. Our Taste and Trust approach has allowed HyLife Pork to be widely enjoyed across Japan.
