HyLife Gives LeRoy Daycare Expansion Project a Boost
We’re proud to stand behind the LeRoy Daycare expansion with a $5,000 donation – a project that’s going to make a real difference for local families.
The larger space will open the doors to 90 childcare spots – up from just 20 – offering much needed support t for parents in LeRoy who balance work and home life.
Previously operating out of a smaller building, the daycare has sold its original facility and started building the new 7,200 square foot centre. Construction began this spring with the facility set to open its doors in early 2026.
“Every dollar is a huge help to get the project off the ground and better serve our community,” said Chelsey Holt, Director of LeRoy Daycare Inc. “This initiative not only supports more families but also creates more job opportunities and allows parents to rejoin the workforce,” she said.
On top of adding more childcare spots, the project will bring 12 new jobs to LeRoy and nearby areas, giving more parents the chance to go back to work if they haven’t been able to because of childcare shortages.
