Valuing our Employees – How HyLife Surprised a Killarney, Manitoba Employee

We appreciate our employees and always look for BIG and small ways to say thanks. In a recent company-wide contest, Chris Roque, Killarney local Swine Tech, was awarded a XLarge Big Green Egg Smoker.

Surrounded by coworkers and friends, Chris was shocked to find out he had won the grand prize.

Our Big Green Egg contest was rolled out via an internal communications tool, that keeps our workforce informed, builds community across locations, and allows us to host contests for all employees. Once the winner was selected, we pulled out all the stops to ensure the announcement was one for the books.

Cori Bridgeman, Killarney HR generalist, went above and beyond to make this day a day to remember for Chris and his coworkers.
