In September of 2016 we opened the doors to our very own HyLife Pork Table restaurant in the trendy district of Daikanyama Tokyo, Japan. What we learned about our Japanese customer is they have very high standards for the pork that they eat. So, with our dedicated team behind us at HyLife, we set out to provide Japanese customers with a product that is equal in taste to the Japanese product.
Our goal with the HyLife Pork Table is not to start a chain of restaurants but to become Canada’s number one fresh chilled pork exporter to Japan, which is something we have already achieved this year.
We don’t miss a chance to let our customers know that we owe it all to our hard-working team back home that are dedicated to producing a product that is second to none.
