
An entire year without missing a single day of work is no small feat, but 242 incredible individuals made it happen. Their commitment and dependability are a true testament to the strong work ethic that drives HyLife forward.
To celebrate this achievement, we hosted a special appreciation lunch over the span of three days for those who reached this milestone. Our culinary team cooked a delicious meal featuring a Mediterranean-style HyLife pork dish over white rice, followed by a comforting apple crumble dessert that was served up by management. It was a meaningful way to recognize the consistency and dedication of our team members who show up, ready to give their best.
“I take pride in being reliable and consistent. It feels good to know I can be counted on every day,” said Marnelli Saria, who works the morning shift on our production floor at the HyLife Neepawa location. “I felt really appreciated and valued for my efforts. It was motivating to see that the work I put in doesn’t go unnoticed, and it made me want to keep giving my best every day.”
At our Neepawa location, every step of the process from production to packaging and loading depends on the hands and hearts of our employees. Their reliability keeps our operations running smoothly and allows us to remain a leader in the pork production industry. Quite simply, without them, HyLife wouldn’t be HyLife.
“We really enjoy working together in my department. Being part of such a positive team is what motivates me to do my best every day,” said Richilda Palma, who works in the packaging department. “This lunch made me realize that HyLife truly values what we do, and that our efforts are recognized.”
