Cori took a leap of faith.

After leaving a job in customer service and moved back to Killarney, Cori Bridgeman embraced an opportunity to try something completely new and started working at HyLife in 2011 as a Swine Technician.

Cori’s work ethic, drive, and determination didn’t go unnoticed. In 2012, she moved into a new role as a Production Assistant and has recently accepted a position with HyLife’s Human Resources Department as an HR Generalist.

“I love what I do. I get to meet so many people, and help them grow. The team environment at HyLife, the culture is fantastic. We hire great people all committed to the same goal. I feel as if I am where I am meant to be and haven’t looked back,” shared Bridgeman.

HyLife believes in investing in our employees, like Cori, and building ourselves up from within.

“It was rewarding learning about agriculture, our barns, operations, feed and animals. I took in everything I could, and it was such a refreshing experience,” shared Bridgeman.

From dedicated professional development plans, feedback systems that guarantee positive change, and industry-leading benefits and compensation, we are committed to taking care of employees from day one.
