HyLife currently has over 3500 employees in multiple countries, with over 2500 in Manitoba. Over 1500 of those employees are a part of HyLife’s Foods division in Neepawa. The other 1000 work throughout rural Manitoba in the company’s Farms division. The new head office space will host 220 employees, including HyLife’s executive management team and many of its directors.
