We are well underway with the construction of our four-level building headquarters in Steinbach, Manitoba, Canada. As HyLife grows, this new space exemplifies an ongoing commitment to our employees by providing them with space where they can grow and develop their skills.

The construction of our head office in Steinbach’s Millbrook Market development was first announced in 2021. We have teamed up with Cibinel Architecture and Three Way Builders to help bring our vision to life. The new space will be home to employees throughout the Steinbach area, including HyLife’s executive management team and many of our directors.

“Steinbach is a city that continues to grow, and we are excited to be a bigger part of this momentum. Many of our employees live in or around this community. Having this central point, from our barns to our mills, will help the team feel connected,” shares Kevin Barkman, VP Infrastructure & Environmental Affairs.

Keeping our team at the core of this planning and design was key. The building will feature a large lunch area, a gym, and multiple meeting rooms on each floor. There are lots of windows throughout the building creating a great open feel for everyone.

“This build is an investment in our people. It is an exciting project that allows us to bring together all of our office staff who have been working in multiple locations into one great space to work and connect. Our new headquarters invites more collaboration and teamwork; we carefully designed the building with this in mind. The vision is a friendly environment that truly reflects our HyLife culture.”

Our current head office facility in La Broquerie, Manitoba, Canada will remain as a resource for HyLife. Future plans for this building are currently being developed, and will likely include some renovations to create a training center for large groups.

“La Broquerie has been home to us for a long time, and we are not saying goodbye. This community has been great to work with and grow in. We are very appreciative of all the continued support from the community and leaders throughout all these years.”
